What is my favorite romantic memory? Two things popped up immediately in my mind but I’ll go with the more ‘traditional’ one. My husband and I had been dating for maybe a month and he bought me a Snow White/Prince Charming snow globe which played “I Love You Truly” and it was just because. No holiday, no birthday.

I was so happy when I was in high school and I received flowers on Valentine’s Day. It’s funny that little things like that mean so much when you’re a teen.

I have no romantic memories because I have never been in a relationship, but I do remember how much brother proposed to his wife. He had his friends take her to important spots while they were dating with “clues” to the next place and the final place was a bridge where he proposed.

When my husband lit candles, ran me a bubble bath and gave me a massage for absolutely no reason at all. It wasn’t a special occasion or anything, he’s just wonderful.

My favorite romantic memory is when hubby and I had just moved in together 30 years ago and for my birthday he bought me a 2 foot tall card and a made me dinner. He passed away 2 months ago from lung cancer but I still have the cards and stuffed animals he bought me over the years.

I don’t have any romantic memories…never allowed to date in high school and studied too much in college, therefore no romantic memories.

The most romantic memory was the time he wrote me some poetry. He doesn’t like poetry, or books, but he knows how much I love them. 40 years later, I still have that poem, tucked away.

My husband drove across the state to see me when we were first dating even though he could only stay for a couple hours before he had to turn around and drive back.

He fixed me a bubble bath with rose petals, a drink and a good book. Then took the kids and let me relax! Later he joined me lol
